Forging

Extrusion
We utilize a powerful 5,500 metric ton extrusion press to expertly extrude rods, tubes, and intricate cross sections with diameters spanning 152-432mm (6–17in). With precision, we preheat billets to extreme temperatures of up to 1925°C (3500°F) using advanced gas-fired or inert atmosphere induction furnaces.
Furthermore, we expertly adjust the extrusion ram speed to suit various requirements, ranging from 1.27-203mm/sec (0.05-8.0 in/sec). Our capabilities ensure that we consistently deliver high-quality extrusions tailored to customers’ specific needs.
